Question About Hidden Text With “on-page” Tabs

Hi.

I’m trying to figure out what is acceptable, and what is hidden text in certain functions. I found a technique I would like to use in one of my sites from shopadidas .com (i don’t want to give them a link).

The product pages have tabs that can be clicked to display different content. In other words, only one chunk of copy is visible at a time. I checked the code, and it looks like it is entirely spiderable.

My questions:

is any of this considered hidden text that is at risk of being filtered/penalized by SEs?

if no, at what point does this become a risk? what would put it at risk?

does a higher site authority (or any factors) have any bearing on when hidden text like this becomes scrutinized?
