Link Research Tools

Are there any tools out there that will give me a CSV for may of all the links pointing back to a site but restrict it to only domains (ie if a site links from several pages it will only show up one of those domains?

Either paid or free it doesnt matter ive looked for a few but cant seem to find what is the best one
