Google.co.in Vs Google.com

I have optimized our company website for a keword “word1 word2 word3“and it shows up #4 in Google.co.in and # 5 in Google.com. When I look for “word1 word2” it shows up #4 in google.co.in and no where in the first 30 pages in Google.com. Can anyone help me analyse and optimize this
