Css Not Working On Redirect

Hi, I want the url tours/category.php?id=75 to look as tours/one/75.

I have used modrewrite and tours/one/75 redirects to tours/category.php?id=75 but with a different design. I have the CSS file in the folder tours. How can I get the required design?
The CSS path given in category.php is :
