Blog / Forum / Community Software

We’re looking for a possible software package that contains framework for a forum, blog and community all in one. That is if there is such a creature. This would be for an e-commerce company.

We currently have a forum that still runs on software that is at least a decade old. There has been talk of adding a blog, but I made the powers that be hold on until we focused on the having a theme and a real reason to write. As for the community we have a bit of a niche market and it would be nice to let our users create their own spaces featuring their projects to share with everybody.

If anybody has any suggestions or recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.
