Article Directory Submission -> Yes Or No

Hello,

I’ve come accross some software and many,many sites offering a list of hundereds of article sites for submission.

Only they all seem to want you to phsically fill in a form with the article content.

Do i really want to be wasting my time doing this, surely these sites just need me to submit the URL of my RSS Articles feed for them to pick up my articles?

Are these Article submission sites a waste of time?
